- Information you provide directly: When you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any notes you include with your booking.
- Information collected automatically: When you visit our booking pages, we collect basic usage data including pages visited, browser type, and device information.
- Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Voice call data: If you interact with SANAA, our AI voice receptionist, your call may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of processing your booking request. Call recordings are used solely to fulfill the booking and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. SMS Communications
SMS Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during the booking process, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from the salon or service provider via Book With AI (a Dhanani product). These messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and booking-related notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — typically 2 messages per appointment (confirmation and reminder).
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive no further SMS messages after opting out.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to send you appointment-related communications from the business you booked with.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm your appointment bookings

- To process payments securely through Stripe
- To allow salon owners to manage their client bookings and business
- To improve our products and services
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Salon/service providers: The business you book with receives your name, phone, email, and appointment details to fulfill your booking.

- Twilio: For SMS delivery. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
- Retell AI: For voice call processing when you interact with SANAA. Retell AI's privacy policy is available at retellai.com.
- Supabase: Our database provider. Data is stored securely and encrypted at rest.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@dhanani.co.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our database is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. All connections to our platform use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
